Fatos Kapusiz received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul. Afterwards, she earned her Masters degree at Drexel University in Food Engineering. Fatos Kapusiz started her professional career at UNILVER as a quality assurance manager where she was responsible for implementing quality systems and certifying those systems at all UNILEVER enterprises. She joined Cesit Mensucat in 1999 and as of 2006, she has earned the title of Managing Director of the company. In addition to her position in Cesit Mensucat, she also serves on Netpia Turkey (www.netpia.com.tr) Board of Directors.

Murat Özbilen (Project Development Manager) mozbilen@cesit.com

Murat Ozbilen has completed his undergraduate in Indsurial Engineering and graduate studies in Manufacuring Engineering in New York Polytechnic University.  He had worked as a strategy consultant, manager and a partner at Andersen Consulting, Arthur Andersen, ARGE Consulting and IBM Consulting Group.  Along with his position in Cesit Mensucat, Murat Ozbilen maintains his positions as Partner and Managing Director of Middle East/Africa in Business Management Consultants, Chairman of Board of Guvercin Communications and Netpia Turkey,  as well as board member of tulumba.com.

İpek Özbilen (Manufacturing and Logistics) iozbilen@cesit.com

İpek Özbilen was born in 1984. She graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a BS degree in Business Administration and a minor in French. Post graduation İpek has worked at Tuyap-Interpro Fairs Inc. as a marketing representative. She joined Cesit Mensucat A.S. in January 2008 and started to work in the production department. İpek Özbilen is also a board member of Cesit Mensucat A.S.

Murat Ozalan was born in 1960 in Istanbul. He was graduated from Anatolian University with a degree in Business Administration. He has joined Cesit Mensucat in 1983 and served as a manager in sales and production departments throughout his carrer. Currently he is the Production Manager of the company.

Suat Tataroğlu (Production of Twine) stataroglu@cesit.com

Suat Tataroglu was born in Oberkirch/ Karlsruhe, Germany in 1966. He had completed his elementary education/study in Germany and graduated from Pertevinyal High School in 1983. He has been working for Cesit Mensucat in various positions for 27 years.   Currently he is Production Manager of Twine.

Sami Demirbas was born in İstanbul in 1972. He graduated from Kabatas Erkek Highschool in 1989 and from University in 1994. Same year he started to work for Cesit Mensucat. He is in charge of accounting.

Aslı Topuz was born in İstanbul in 1975. After her graduation form University of Gaziantep, she started to work as sales and marketing person in various companies. In the year 2003, she joined Cesit Mensucat, since then she is in charge of Sales Department.

Metin Ucarkus was born in 1969 in İstanbul. Since 1985 he has been with Cesit Mensucat and responsible for Logistics.

Halil Senturk was born in 1962 in Bulgaria. He majored in Electric and Electronic, after his arrival to Turkey in 1989 and started to work for Cesit Mensucat. He is in charge of Technical Department. He is fluent in Russian and Bulgarian.

Ahmet Ustun was born in Edirne in 1976. He completed his elementary and middle school education in Yeni Mahalle Middle School. He has been working for Cesit Mensucat since 1999. He was in charge of warehouse operations. And now he is working for sales and marketing department.
